2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement is made between CLK Travel and the Member to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding membership registration to the CLK Travel website and the services provided through this registration.

3. MEMBERSHIP TERMS

3.1 The Member acknowledges that the information provided when registering on the CLK Travel website is accurate, up-to-date, and complete.

3.2 The Member will use the contact information specified for updating membership information and contacting CLK Travel, including telephone, email, and address details.

4. COMMUNICATION

6. OTHER TERMS

6.1 This agreement is the sole written agreement between the parties and supersedes all previous oral or written agreements between the parties.

6.2 The parties agree to resolve any disputes arising from non-compliance with the terms of the agreement by resorting to Turkish courts.

This Membership Agreement is entered into by the mutual consent of the parties.
